Adaptil Natural Spray is a natural phermone product to help reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety in dogs.

Adaptil is a synthetic copy of the natural pheromone that a mother releases to reassure her puppies. This pheromone has the same effect on adult dogs to provide a calming and safe environment. Adaptil is safe, natural, and odourless and can be used in conjunction with other medications.
These properties make Adaptil ideal for comforting and reassuring dogs that are coping with changes and stressful situations. In particular, Adaptil Spray is ideal for treatment on the move, such as car journeys or visits to the vet.
The Adaptil Spray lasts for four hours, with a specially designed formula in a 60ml clear bottle. The spray can be used on areas that your dog will come into direct contact with, making it a safe and convenient treatment on the go.
How much do you charge for Postage and Packaging?
Nothing! Postage and Packaging is FREE on all orders. *We do operate a minimum order value of £8.50. Orders under this amount will be charged £1.96 for Postage and Packaging
When should I expect my order?
We aim to process all online orders received by 8.30am on the same working day. For orders placed after 8.30am we aim to process the next working day. Orders placed after 8.30am on a Friday will be processed on the next working day, i.e. Monday.
Small Items: such as flea treatments, worming tablets and household sprays are sent by Royal Mail First Class.
Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver your goods within 1-2 working days, however, this is not guaranteed. Most small items are packaged to allow your postman to deliver your order through your letterbox.
Large Items: such as dog food or orders over a certain value are sent by ParcelForce Next Day.
Parcelforce do not operate on weekends, therefore orders sent on Fridays will not be delivered till Monday. These parcels will require a signature on delivery. If delivery is not successful the first time, a card will be left instructing that you can either collect your parcel from your local Post Office or arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time.
