Feliway Friends Diffuser is a plug-in device ideal for use in the home to help housemate cats live in harmony together.

New Feliway Friends is the only product clinically proven to help reduce or prevent conflicts and tensions between household cats. The active ingredient is a synthetic copy of the cat appeasing pheromone (CAP) which is naturally produced by the mother after giving birth. This pheromone helps to create a bond between her and her kittens and creates a harmonious environment where her kittens feel safe.
FELIWAY® FRIENDS has the same effect when used in the home and has been shown to help housemate cats live in harmony together.
FELIWAY® FRIENDS is available as a 30 day plug-in diffuser and refill. The diffuser should be plugged into the room where the cat spends most of its time. Continue to use the product until conflicts subside.

How much do you charge for Postage and Packaging?
Nothing! Postage and Packaging is FREE on all orders. *We do operate a minimum order value of £8.50. Orders under this amount will be charged £1.96 for Postage and Packaging
When should I expect my order?
We aim to process all online orders received by 8.30am on the same working day. For orders placed after 8.30am we aim to process the next working day. Orders placed after 8.30am on a Friday will be processed on the next working day, i.e. Monday.
Small Items: such as flea treatments, worming tablets and household sprays are sent by Royal Mail First Class.
Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver your goods within 1-2 working days, however, this is not guaranteed. Most small items are packaged to allow your postman to deliver your order through your letterbox.
Large Items: such as dog food or orders over a certain value are sent by ParcelForce Next Day.
Parcelforce do not operate on weekends, therefore orders sent on Fridays will not be delivered till Monday. These parcels will require a signature on delivery. If delivery is not successful the first time, a card will be left instructing that you can either collect your parcel from your local Post Office or arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time.
